Returns



RETURN POLICY

We offer easy returns and exchanges for Australian orders within 14 days of delivery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if you change your mind for any reason, there are a number of options available for you to return your item to us. 

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

If your return does not comply with these conditions we cannot accept your items and they may be rejected. 

Full price items can be returned for a full refund or credit note.

Sale items, including styles marked down during a sale, or using a promotional code can be returned for a credit note only. 

A return fee of $15 will apply to Australian returns to cover the return shipping label, and will be deducted from the refund or credit note amount.

We are unable to accept returns on International orders at this time. 

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

To request a return, please contact hello@shopaeko.com with your order number, product details and the reason for the return.

Returns must have obtained an authorisation number via email before being sent back for processing.

REFUNDS

If your return is eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the return shipping fee and any original shipping fees. Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to five business days for this amount to appear in your account.

CREDIT NOTES

Credit notes are valid for two years from issue date, and will be emailed to you with a unique code to use online. If you have purchased an item using a credit note, you will be issued a new credit note as a return.

FINAL SALE

Final sale refers to items that are marked down during a special offer, or are marked to clear.  Item/s marked as "final sale - no returns or exchanges" cannot be returned, unless in the event of them being faulty. If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers are not eligible for return.

AFTERPAY ORDERS

If you have purchased using Afterpay or another buy now pay later option, you will be refunded or credited back to your chosen platform. If you are receiving a credit note, you will continue to make payments until the original item is paid for and you will be issued a new credit note via email to use straight away.

PROCESSING TIMES FOR RETURNS

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when our team has received your return and again when your return is processed. Please contact us at hello@shopaeko.com if you need assistance.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 7 days of delivery, following their return in original unused and unwashed condition.

We do not offer exchanges on any discounted items, including promotional discounts.

Aeko requires the return of any items intended for exchange, before the replacement items are dispatched. Any variation in product price or additional shipping fees incurred due to change of mind must be paid in full before the exchange is completed and shipped.

Please note: Any request for returns, refunds and exchanges require a receipt or proof of purchase. All item(s) must remain in original unused and unwashed condition.
